To speed up the process, please also send us a photo of the damaged product. If possible, include a photo showing the delivery person holding the damaged package, along with their details.
Eligibility for a replacement will be determined by our representative. Please note that we cannot offer a replacement if only the box or packaging is damaged and the contents remain intact.

Alternatively, you can simply subscribe to receive a box and, if you’re not satisfied – although we’re confident you will be, based on feedback from our existing customers – cancel your subscription within 15 days. This way, you’ll only be charged for one month.
Card Payments Accepted
You can pay with embossed VISA and Mastercard cards, as well as certain VISA Electron and V Pay cards. Whether a VISA Electron card can be used for online payments depends on the issuing bank. VISA Electron cards issued by CIB Bank can be used for online purchases.
You can pay with any VISA, Mastercard or Maestro card that has been authorized for online payments by the issuing bank, as well as virtual cards specifically designed for online purchases.
Loyalty cards issued by retailers or service providers that allow customers to collect reward points cannot be used for online payments.
You can pay with any co-branded card that is based on Mastercard or VISA and is enabled for online payments.
Payment Process
After selecting bank card payment on the merchant’s or service provider’s website, the customer initiates the payment and is redirected to the bank’s secure payment page.
To complete the payment, you must enter your card number, expiry date, and the three-digit security code (CVV/CVC) found on the signature strip on the back of your card.
Once you initiate the transaction, your card undergoes real-time authorization. During this process, the validity of the card details, the availability of sufficient funds, and the applicable spending limits are verified.
If all the necessary conditions are met, your account-holding (card-issuing) bank places a hold on the payment amount. Depending on your bank, the amount will be debited from your account within a few days.
There are two main types of card transactions: Card Present and Card Not Present.
A Card Present transaction is carried out using a POS terminal. After the card is swiped and the PIN is entered, the terminal contacts the cardholder’s bank through an authorization centre and, depending on the card type and issuer, via the VISA or Mastercard network.
The bank then verifies the card’s validity and checks whether sufficient funds are available (authorization). The approval or rejection is sent back through the same network to the POS terminal and the merchant. The customer then signs the transaction receipt.
A Card Not Present transaction is one in which the physical bank card is not present. This includes transactions made by mail, telephone or electronically (via the internet).
In these cases, the customer (cardholder) initiates the transaction by entering the required card details on a secure payment page using 256-bit encryption.
After a successful transaction, you receive an authorization code, equivalent to the code printed on a traditional paper transaction receipt.
As soon as the bank receives notification of a transaction, the corresponding amount is immediately reserved (placed on hold). This is necessary because the official transaction details must be received before the amount can actually be debited from the account, which may take several days. Without this hold, the amount could be spent again in the meantime.
The amount spent or withdrawn is therefore set aside and temporarily blocked. The reserved amount remains part of the account balance and may continue to earn interest, but it cannot be spent again.
This ensures that transactions are declined when insufficient available funds remain, even if the account’s total balance would otherwise appear to cover them.
Failed Payment and What to Do Next
A failed transaction generally means that the payment request has been declined by the card-issuing bank (the bank that issued the customer’s card). However, in the case of card payments, a transaction may also fail due to a telecommunications or technical error that prevents the authorization request from reaching the card-issuing bank.
Card-Related Errors
- The card is not suitable for online payments.
- Online use of the card has been restricted by the issuing bank.
- Use of the card has been blocked.
- The card details (card number, expiry date or security code on the signature strip) were entered incorrectly.
- The card has expired.
Account-Related Errors
- There are insufficient funds available to complete the transaction.
- The transaction amount exceeds the card’s purchase limit.
Connection-Related Errors
- The connection may have been interrupted during the transaction. Please try again.
- The transaction failed due to a timeout. Please try again.
Technical Errors
- If you are not redirected back to the merchant’s or service provider’s website from the payment page, the transaction is considered unsuccessful.
- If you return to the merchant’s website but then navigate back to the payment page using your browser’s “Back”, “Reload” or “Refresh” functions, the system will automatically reject the transaction for security reasons.
A transaction ID is generated for every transaction, and we recommend keeping a record of it. If your payment is declined by the bank, please contact your account-holding bank for assistance.
During card verification, the account-holding (card-issuing) bank informs the merchant’s acquiring bank whether the transaction can be authorized.
The acquiring bank is not permitted to disclose confidential information about customers of other banks. Only the card-issuing bank, which can verify the cardholder’s identity, is authorized to provide such information.
This may occur if your card has been verified on the payment page, but you were not redirected back to the merchant’s or service provider’s website.
In this case, the transaction is considered incomplete and is therefore automatically classified as unsuccessful.
The amount will not be debited from your account, and the temporary hold on the funds will be released.
Security
TLS stands for Transport Layer Security, a widely accepted encryption protocol used to protect data transmitted over the internet.
Our bank uses 256-bit encryption to secure the communication channel. VeriSign enables CIB Bank to use a 256-bit encryption key, helping ensure secure communication through TLS encryption.
This type of encryption is used in approximately 90% of e-commerce transactions worldwide.
The customer’s web browser uses TLS to encrypt the cardholder’s information before transmission. As a result, the data reaches CIB Bank in encrypted form, making it unreadable to unauthorized parties.
Yes, absolutely. The payment process takes place over a secure communication channel with 256-bit encryption, ensuring that your payment details are protected.
After the transaction, you are redirected to the merchant’s website. If the merchant’s website does not use an encrypted connection, your browser may warn you that you are leaving the secure area.
This warning does not mean that the security of your completed payment has been compromised.
For Mastercard, CVC stands for Card Verification Code, while for Visa, CVV stands for Card Verification Value. These are numerical security values used to help verify the authenticity of a bank card.
The CVC2 code consists of the last three digits of the number printed on the back of Mastercard/Maestro cards. This code must be entered when making online purchases.
Visa cardholders registered with the Verified by Visa service choose a password through their card-issuing bank. This password allows them to verify their identity when making online purchases and helps protect against unauthorized use of their Visa cards.
CIB Bank accepts cards enrolled in the Verified by Visa program.
Mastercard and Maestro cardholders registered with the Mastercard SecureCode service choose a password through their card-issuing bank. This password allows them to verify their identity when making online purchases and helps protect their Mastercard/Maestro cards against unauthorized use.
CIB Bank accepts cards enrolled in the Mastercard SecureCode program.
For Mastercard/Maestro cards, this is a unique code that you may have received from your card-issuing bank. If you have not received such a code, please leave the field blank.
